These terms cover your use of the Lakeshore Floors & Interiors website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes

Sending a quote request does not create an agreement or reserve a spot on our schedule. A quote becomes a job only when we both agree in writing to the work, materials, price and schedule. If that written agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement controls.

Photos and descriptions

Photos on this website show work and finishes for illustration. Some are stock photos, credited where they appear. Colors, grain and patterns of real materials vary, so please look at samples before you choose.

Our content

The Lakeshore Floors & Interiors name, logo, our own project photos and the text on this website belong to us, and the newspaper clippings are shared from our family's collection. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be error free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using this website. This does not limit anything in a signed agreement for your project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
